Volunteer Accommodation Registration Steps

LOG IN TO YOUR USER ACCOUNT
For those who did the volunteer sign up via the website prior to May 5, 2013 I have created a user account for them. The username would be the first part of the email address that they used to sign up, for example This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. username would be volunteers (luckily there were no duplicates). The password should be U23Volunteer, if that doesn’t work use the password reset function http://wfdf2013-u23.com/index.php/site-registration?view=reset to get access to your account.

REGISTER FOR A USER ACCOUNT
For those who don’t have a user account they will need to create a user account to access the registration system, instructions on how to create a user account can be found at http://wfdf2013-u23.com/index.php/site-registration/how-to-register?showall=&start=1.
Once the user account has been created and activated, send an email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your username and a request to change your account profile to be able to access the volunteer’s accommodation registration area. A confirmation email will be sent back within 24 hours indicating that your account is now ready to complete the registration for Volunteer’s Accommodation.
WFDF 2013 World U23 Ultimate Championships – Volunteer Policy (the ‘Policy’)
1.0 Purpose
This Policy will guide a consistent, accountable approach to volunteering that fits within the vision of Toronto Ultimate Club (TUC) and the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF), with respect to the WFDF 2013 World Under-23 Ultimate Championships (U23). Volunteers are integral to the success of the event and will be treated with respect.
2.0 Scope
This Policy governs TUC responsibilities to its U23 volunteers, as well as the selection and placement, training, supervision, compensation and safety of volunteers. The policy also governs U23 volunteer rights and their responsibilities to TUC and WFDF.
Are you interested in helping out at a World Championship Event? The World Flying Disc Federation 2013 Under 23 World Ultimate Championship is looking for volunteers of all capacities for before, during and after the event. If you're interested in being involved, whether you have minutes, hours, or days, please sign up on the volunteer list. There are a number of ways you can help, from field services to being a team liasion. These volunteers will participate on various leadership committees that will organize the World Under-23 Ultimate Championships in Toronto in 2013.
