In the past, Nat has served on the TUC Board of Directors as Vice-President, as the TUC Touring Chair, and on the Ontario Disc Sports Association (ODSA) Board of Directors. Nat has also been heavily involved with the organization and implementation of several ultimate tournaments and clinics, with a focus on the development of women and youth in Toronto.
Although she is a big ultimate nerd, she somehow also manages to have an active social life in between ultimate meetings. In her ‘real’ life, Nat is a health economist for the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in Ontario. Nat is a natural-born leader, and her attention to detail and desire to excel will make her an excellent Volunteer Director for the WFDF World U23 Championships.
Whether on the field or behind the scenes, Nat’s always got a smile on her face and is ready to help out. If you need a hand with anything, you can get her attention by shouting out any one of her many nicknames: Nat, Natty Nat Nat, Natalia, Fitz, Fitzie, Fitz26, etc.
