Registering For The Tournament
National Organizations can now register teams for the tournament. By booking before April 20, 2013, teams save 20% off their team fees. The registration process will take part in two phases. The first phase is the team registration phase. The second phase will be the individual player, guests and team officials, which is now open.The registration process will take part in two phases:

- Team Managers for National organizations will register their team’s intent on participating in the tournament.
- Players, officials and guests Entry Registration (NOW OPEN) -
- Each player, guest and team official will need to register and remit the necessary fee.

Teams must keep to the payment schedule that is provided above. There are two types of fees to be collected:
Team Entry Fee
The team entry fee for the event will be $750 CDN per team and is to be paid by the Early Bird registration deadline of March 31, 2013. The team entry covers the organizational and communication expenses incurred by the TOC and guarantees that the team is included in the tournament. The team fee also includes the accreditation of up to 3 team officials (managers, coaches and chaperones) for the event.
Teams that do not complete payment of the full team fee amount by March 31, 2013 will be penalized an additional 20% of the original (to $900 CDN) until the final registration date of May 1, 2013. For registered teams that have yet to complete the full payment at this point the TOC may decline your team’s registration for the event and the team shall forfeit any deposit received. If the team’s registration is accepted after the registration deadline of May 1, 2013 an additional 20% penalty of the original fee (to $1050 CDN) will be added to the fee.
A team withdrawing from the tournament on or before the May 15, 2013 registration deadline shall receive a refund of 50% of the team entry fee. A team withdrawing from the tournament after May 15, 2013 shall forfeit the entire team entry fee.
Player Entry Fee
The individual player entry fee for the 2013 WU23C will be $200 CDN per player for those who register and complete payment in full before the Early Bird registration deadline of April 20, 2013. For those with incomplete payment or are added after the Early Bird registration date, they will be penalized an additional 10% per player (to $220 CDN) up to the final registration date of May 15, 2013.
For any player who’s fee is not paid in full or added to the roster after May 15, 2013 will be charged an additional 10% of the original fee (to $240 CDN). The final day to make any changes to your roster is May 28, 2013.
Player refund policy goes as follow: if canceling before May 15, 2013 the player will receive a 80% refund. If cancelling after May 1, 2013 but before May 28, 2013 the player will receive a 50% refund. If cancelling after May 28, 2013 the player shall forfeit any fees paid.
The individual player fee covers the WFDF player fee, field rentals, airport shuttles, on site athletic therapy, field food, water as well as access to event socials, ceremonies and the finals. It DOES NOT include your accommodations or food plans.

January 15, 2013 – Early Bird Team Registration Opens

February 15, 2013 – Early Bird Player Registration Opens
Team Managers to register players, guests and coaches
Accommodation and Meal plan registration as well
Player Fee: $200 CDN
Guest Fee: $80 CDN
April 20, 2013 – Team and Player Early Bird Registration Closes
In order to receive the early bird discount teams must be registered and paid in full by no later than end of the day (EST) on March 31, 2013. After this point unpaid registration and new teams and player registration fees will increase to $900 CDN per team and $220 CDN per player.
May 15, 2013 – All Outstanding Fees are Due
All remaining team, player, accommodation and food plan fees should be paid in full.
New team registrations from this point on can be denied participation in the tournament. Outstanding fees will now be raised to $1050 per team and $240 per player.
Any outstanding Accommodation or Meal Plan fees not paid after this point is not guaranteed to be available and are subjected to a 20% penalty.
May 28, 2013 – Final Roster Due to TOC
All players should be registered and fully paid. Any unpaid/new registrations can be denied entry into the tournament.
